Mayday is a hand woven check of dusty blue with stripes of white, green and pink running through.
A perfect of pairing of blue and green in a varying scale handloom stripe. Our Indian handlooms are delicate and lightweight, so perfect for Summer sewing. They can be used for scarves, tops or dresses with some fullness.
Indian handlooms are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave due to their handmade nature, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
*For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
All fabric purchases will be cut in 1 continuous length.
Please note: we are unable to accept returns of cut fabric, but are always happy to send out a free swatch before purchasing! Just send a note to info@oakfabrics.com!
